For every guest of the salon, the experience begins with full consultation, followed by your choice of a head & neck, back and shoulder or hand and arm massage. A make up artist is on hand for finishing touches so that you can leave the salon knowing that you look fantastic!

Styling Department

All Pure Aveda Stylists are fully qualified to the highest level before embarking on a twelve month specialisation training programme; each member of the Styling team has also completed additional training at the Aveda Advanced Academy.

Cut & Style

Whether a trim or restyle, you will spend an hour with the team. All Pure Aveda stylists are specialists in hair cutting. They have the knowledge and experience which allows them to cut your hair in a way which will complement the shape of your face and the way that your hair naturally falls - not forgetting your lifestyle!

Shampoo and style

For that feel good factor or for a special occasion, a shampoo and style allows you to have the perfect finish that only a professional can achieve. During your appointment the stylist will take the time to share some tricks of the trade with you, which will help to achieve this at home.

Hair Up

From formal to funky, your stylist will help create the look you want to suit every occasion. Why not bring in accessories that match your outfit and our team will incorporate them into your ‘Updo’!

Technical Department

All Pure Aveda Technicians are fully qualified to the highest level before embarking on a twelve month specialisation training programme; each member of the Technical team has also completed additional training at the Aveda Advanced Academy.
The Aveda Colour System does not use heat, allowing the colour to develop at room temperature minimises any unnecessary damage to your hair during the process.

Every guest to the salon who wishes to have a colour applied must first have an Advanced colour consultation during which the Technician will discuss your preferences and establish your hair’s suitability. Your health and safety in the salon is our first priority, therefore, we patch test during the consultation to ensure there is no risk of reaction.

Semi Permanent Colour

Using Aveda Full Spectrum deposit only colour treatment, which is 99% naturally derived and is peroxide and ammonia free. The treatment formula improves the condition of damaged hair and adds incredible shine with protective plant oils. You can be kind to your hair, the environment and still have a more colourful you!

Tint

Due to the bespoke nature of the Aveda Full Spectrum Colour system, your tint is blended to your exact requirements. A 97% naturally derived product, this permanent colour nourishes the hair using Sunflower, Caster and Jojoba oils. Our Technicians take time to apply the colour to finer sections of hair to ensure the colour result is even throughout.

Ask your Technician about a personal blend shampoo to prolong the vibrancy of your colour between appointments.

Pure Signature Colours

As the Pure Aveda Technicians are trained to an advanced level, they are able to combine techniques, to allow you to change your all over colour and create a more natural looking result.

Highlights

At Pure Aveda Lifestyle we have moved away from the more traditional weaved highlights. By taking very fine slices of hair, the technicians are able to pick up the same pieces of hair that have been previously coloured and ensure an exact match time and time again. This prevents the effects of build up that can turn natural highlights into a solid block of colour. The results are to prolong the life of a colour, reduce re-growth and prevent unnecessary damage to the hair.

Colour Correction

The most advanced of all techniques, colour correction is for those guests wishing to change their hair colour, or to correct a problem (whether it was done at another salon, or you’ve been just a little bit too adventurous at home!)

Detangle, replenish, moisturise and restore shine and balance with our purescriptions in salon treatments. The ritual includes the use of a warm turban to enable the treatment to penetrate deep within the hair’s structure, both therapeutic and effective.
